You might be here because…

Anxiety feels constant and exhausting

You’re carrying experiences you haven’t fully processed

Your child or teen seems overwhelmed, withdrawn, or reactive

You’re high functioning on the outside but struggling internally

You want healing - not just coping

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Hi, I’m Alex.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma and anxiety. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and supported as they move toward meaningful healing.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and steady. I believe healing begins with safety - when the nervous system feels secure enough to process what has felt overwhelming or unresolved. Using evidence based therapies such as EMDR, I help clients gently reprocess painful experiences so they no longer feel defined by them.

My faith shapes how I see the people I work with. I believe we are all deeply loved by God and created with inherent dignity and worth - even when trauma has distorted how we see ourselves. I also believe our brains are uniquely designed with the capacity to heal. While trauma can interrupt the process, it does not eliminate it. With the right support and therapeutic tools, restoration is possible.

For clients who desire it, I am comfortable integrating faith into our work in a way that feels respectful and aligned with your values. Whether or not faith is part of your therapy, you can expect care that is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical research and hope.

What to Expect

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. Our first sessions are focused on building safety, understanding your story, and identifying the areas where you feel most stuck.

From there, we move at a pace that feels steady and intentional - integrating practical coping tools, deeper trauma processing when appropriate, and ongoing support as you experience growth.

Healing is not rushed here. It is thoughtful, supported, and grounded in restoration and hope.

Restoration is possible. Hope can feel real again.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk with you.
